Here’s what will anchor the $28M Paristown Pointe development

After four long years of intense planning, the $28 million mixed-use development in Paristown Pointe is ready for construction. The development is a collaboration between Louisville Stoneware, The Kentucky Center for the Performing Arts and Louisville’s Goodwood Brewing Co. The ground breaking took place Thursday and construction is said to begin within the next 30 days and the project should be completed by Spring 2019. Read more…

The current property is zoned as a residential area but it soon looking to be changed for a commercial use.
