Having graduated with business degrees in Finance and Marketing from the University of Kentucky, Woodford obtained his real estate license in 2013.  Woodford specializes in property analysis, leasing and site disposition.

Real Estate Developing, Investing and Sampling of Client’s Success

  • Mercedes-Benz – Representing local dealer of Mercedes-Benz North America in the relocation of the current Louisville dealership.  Also assisted in site selection in Cincinnati, Ohio.

  • NULU – Represented developer in 9 separate acquisitions of property in the rapidly growing NULU – East Market District. Once complete, collective projects will ultimately exceed $350 Million in infill redevelopment.  

  • Publix Super Market  - Represented developer in site selection and lease-up of multiple Publix anchored retail developments in Kentucky

  • Pepsico – Represented Pepsico in a 330,000+ SF distribution center lease

  • Bunsen Distribution Center – Represented Buyer in acquiring 184,000 SF single tenant industrial center in Bluegrass Industrial Park. Following the acquisition, represented owner in ultimately demising building to 4 tenants and successfully leased the project within 6 months.

  • Morris Pointe – St. Matthews – 65,000 infill mixed-use redevelopment project. Represented developer from start to finish in leasing the project to multiple food and beverage users for ground level space as well as office tenants on the upper floors.

  • River Green Business Park – Buyer representation for this 109,000 SF multi-tenant industrial center in Jefferson County in addition to leasing any vacancies post-acquisition.

  • KCC – Buyer representation in Sale/ Lease-Back of two facilities spanning over 180,000 SF in Bluegrass Industrial Park.

  • First Class Air Support – Represented owner in 6 transactions exceeding 200,000 SF of industrial space in greater Louisville MSA.

  • Youngstown Shopping Center  - Represented Seller in leasing over 35,000 SF of retail space leading up to ultimately selling the 184,000 SF center a year later.  

  • Bluegrass Distribution Cetner  - Buyer representation of 140,000 SF multi-tenant industrial facility in Bluegrass Industrial Park.

  • Green Valley  - Buyer representations of 125,000 SF single tenant industrial facility. Successfully renewed large Tier 1 Ford distributor post-acquisition.

  • Executive Office Park – Buyer representation for this 110,000 SF office park in St. Matthews.

  • Dorsey Plaza – A 50,000 SF repositioning project of a neighborhood retail center in East Jefferson County.

  • Cargo Commons – A 70,000 SF repositioning project of a flex mall in East Jefferson County.

  • Matthews Healthcare Plaza – A 20,000 SF repositioning project of a medical office building in   Louisville’s St. Matthews neighborhood.

  • Medical Arts Building – A 150,000 SF repositioning project of a medical office building in Louisville’s Highlands neighborhood.

  • Central Bank and Trust – Tenant representation for multiple new retail branch locations in Louisville.

  • El Nopal Mexican Cuisine – Buyer representation for multiple new restaurant locations in the region.

  • East Coast Saloons – Tenant representation for multiple restaurant/ bar concepts in Louisville.

  • Long John Silvers – Site selection for new concept corporate-owned stores. Additionally, represented LJS in the relocation of their corporate offices in to a new 25,000 SF Class A office space.

  •  Superior Van & Mobility – Represented seller in 2.7 acre high-exposure redevelopment site along I-64 off Hurstbourne Parkway.

  • Country Squire Enterprises – Redevelopment of a 1.6 acre site at the intersection of Shelbyville Road and Hurstbourne Parkway.  Also represented Country Squire in releasing their prime one acre pad along Shelbyville Road.

  • North Lime Coffee & Donuts – Represented company in the redevelopment of a circa 1800’s building in Old Louisville.

  • Dare to Care – 20,000+ SF of industrial space leased to one of Louisville’s prized non-profits, Dare to Care.

  • 100 Regency Point Path – Investment sale of a multi-tenant retail center in Lexington, Kentucky.

  • Vine Crest at Mercantile Plaza – 71,092 SF of East End office/warehouse space.

  • Commerce Center One – A 400,000 SF mixed-use property in Southwest Louisville.  Corporate tenants include:  Ole Mexican distribution center, MSD, Honeywell, H&R Block, Fastenal and others.
