Zach comes to Hoagland Commercial Realtors after working 8 years in law enforcement, with an emphasis in the aviation industry. Along with his time in law enforcement Zach also worked as a sales representative for a Louisville contractor, where he prepared bids, represented property owners, and negotiated pricing contracts.   Zach’s knowledge of the greater Louisville area will help guide you in property leasing, sales and investments.

• Creekside at Bardstown – A 33,000 SF property located at 3535 Bardstown Rd, Louisville KY. This facility was a NNN lease from Kindred Healthcare which served as a Skilled Nursing Facility for over 40 years. The purchaser of the property is in the process of converting it to an Assisted Living and Memory Care Facility. Zach Swanson and Brian Forrest Represented both the Buyer and Seller in this transaction.

• Dominion Senior Living – A 42,000 SF Skilled Nursing facility located at 6000 Hunting Rd, Louisville KY. This was REIT owned facility leased to Signature Healthcare. The purchaser of this property will convert it from a Skilled Nursing to Assisted Living, Memory Care, and In-Home Care. Zachary Swanson and Brian Forrest represented the Buyer in this transaction.
